Booster Meeting

The next meeting will be Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 7 pm in the band hall. Officer nominations, band banquet, registration, budget, Solo and Ensemble contest and the NTCA Color Guard Contest will be discussed. Please plan to attend.

Saginaw to Host North Texas Colorguard Association (NTCA) Event

Saginaw High School will be hosting an NTCA competition on Friday, February 24, 2012. Volunteers are needed for the event. This is a great opportunity for students to get service hours. A meeting will be held next week (date and time to be announced) in the band hall. For more information or to volunteer please contact Denise Juarez.

Saginaw High to Host UIL Solo and Ensemble Competition.

We will host the UIL Solo and Ensemble competition on February 25th. Positions such as concessions, room monitors, hallway monitors, set up/clean up, parking monitors, and hospitality are available. This is a great way for the SOS Band/Guard to showcase our program and our beautiful school. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Mary Holstein or Denise Juarez.

Color Guard Competes at the NTCA Contest at Richland High School

Congratulations to the JV Guard for placing 2nd in SAAA Class and the Varsity Guard for placing 5th in SA Class this past weekend!
